S health reinstalls itself (Root)

So I just rooted using the pingpong method and while in the process of deleting bloatware, all of the apps went quietly except S Health. I have manually uninstalled and root uninstalled it multiple times and somehow it keeps reappearing as a fully installed app shortly after phone reboots. Any thoughts as to why it keeps coming back?

It looks as if I may have answered my own question. My gear 2 being connected to gear manager is forcing a hidden download of S Health everytime it starts.
