Didn't find this at first so I started another thread called "Galaxy 9+ NTTDocomo Bixby Voice will not launch." ConceptVBS In Bixby settings there is no way to download Bixby Voice. Clicked the pencil icon for edit / delete and I see no way to delete.

Galaxy 9+ NTTDocomo Bixby Voice will not launch. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone else have a Japanese 9+ that Bixby Voice works on? I read a lot of posts and watch a lot of videos about how to make Bixby voice work in other countries and how to update and/or install Bixby voice but nothing...
