I agree; the custom ROM may be the source of your battery life issues. iB4STiD and scrosler are both known to make ROMs with great battery life. You may want to try Skyfall/Goldeneye (iB4STiD) or CleanROM (scrosler) out. Of course, this depends on which carrier version your M8 is.

It doesn't look like you started on full. Did you unplug your device before it reached 100 percent? That may be why you didn't get much screen time on this charge. Of course, there may be other reasons such as apps, sync and the like. How long have you had the M8?

It looks like you have hearing aid turned on. If you go into Settings>Call, uncheck the hearing aid option and you should be good to go! Let me know if it works out.

I don't think it's normal. The first HTC One I bought had a camera problem similar to yours, though not to the same degree. I was able to get it exchanged so I don't think you should have a problem getting a replacement either... I think your best bet would be to bring it back to the store you...

I prefer silver over black. I got the black One at first but I didn't like the color, so I exchanged it for a silver One. Fingerprints and all that jazz seem to be less visible. My only gripe is that the white plastic gets dirty pretty easily.

Did you make sure you have the correct APN settings? Sometimes they can get messed up if you flash international ROMs.

Yep! If there is an update available, then you can upgrade to a newer version. If not, you're on the latest release.

I can confirm that the 4G LTE icon remains present while Wi-Fi is on. It's just a customization that AT&T added. I don't think you should worry too much about it. :)
