    What phone is it? Samsung judging by the red led and 3 nav lights? It could be bricked. See if it shows up in Odin and flash the stock ROM. Even if you are using the stock one. If that doesn't work I'll try to figure something else out for you

    What device is this? If it's Samsung then that's normal. Or if it's not a high end phone expect lag. It is never going to be buttery smooth despite project butter. I wouldn't worry about it

    It doesn't matter about the first charge any more, Maybe with AA rechargeable ones but not with a modern tablet. When it get to 100% it stops charging then goes down to 99 then back to 100. It has a sort of battery conditioning built in

    I just looked and apparently you can open them and view them in HTC Sync manager. But I don't think it works very well and crashes for some people

    I don't think so. I can't try it because my One is being replaced. I think it will be some awkward HTC Zoe file type. Maybe get a screen recorder or something and record it to a WMA and put it on your PC? If I find something to help i'll post a link
