HTC One Zoe. I took a 3 second capture. How do I export that to my computer as a video?

HTC One Zoe. I took a 3 second capture. How do I export that to my computer as a video? That's all I want to do, but I can't for life of me figure out how to do it.

I don't think so. I can't try it because my One is being replaced. I think it will be some awkward HTC Zoe file type. Maybe get a screen recorder or something and record it to a WMA and put it on your PC? If I find something to help i'll post a link

I just looked and apparently you can open them and view them in HTC Sync manager. But I don't think it works very well and crashes for some people
