    Its definitely worth the try, but doing that didn't help me. Even going into recovery and deleting cache didn't help. For some odd reason it got fixed when I did what my previous post explained. I have no clue how that made it work but DND is working like normal now.

    Possible Fix... TL;DR Toggle DND on from quick settings. Plug into charger. Open clock app and start setting alarm. (possibly need to receive a message, it was an email for me.) Pull down notifications and tap DND notification... Success! (Hopefully) Last night I had my device in DND mode...
