i bought a skyrocket off ebay(not unlocked) and got the at&t sim from straight talk. so far I have no problems. Been on it for about 4 days. coverage is better than my iPhone 4s on verizon. I plan to terminate my verizon contract and stick with straight talk. hope this helps. for what its worth...

you can always sell the note on ebay and come out about even. That is what I do. Worse case scenario is that you lose $25-$50. I buy and sell phones all the time this way.

straight talk has a new BYOP (bring your own phone) program. You just need a special sim card from straight talk website. If it works its for me it'll be a pretty sweet deal.

I talked to ST this morning and they said I could use any unlocked at&t or t-mobile phone. I am seriously considering it. I am tired of paying verizon $100 a month. Is there any thing bad about ST. It just sounds to good to be true.
