Favorite is google messages but because I use a Samsung watch I use Samsung messaging app. It integrates better with the watch. Hopefully one day Samsung will make google messages the default here in the USA and I can switch permanently.

256 ultra with a ship date of February 5th just got a shipping label for UPS 2nd Day Air which unfortunately because of the weekend means Tuesday!

Wow still nothing for my unlocked S20 on T-Mobile. Last month was super quick but this month is lagging big time. I wonder if they found some bugs and perhaps stopped the roll out?

Every year the carrier phones were updated first and I bought the unlocked ones. This year I get the carrier version and the unlocked get the updates first now! :eek:

Well that I can understand completely. In my area mmwave will be non existent so the standard 5G will work fine. Not to mention I generally go through 5 or 6 phones a year so by next year all the newer phones will probably have both anyways.

I'd very much disagree on the S20 being outclassed because it's a smaller form factor. Many people, myself included, do not want a huge phone in our pocket and prefer a more normal size phone. I also have the Galaxy Watch Active 2 so I use that for most of my notifications therefore I'm not...

Yeah that's what I did but it saved an additional $40 on my S20 so it was worth it. Same expected delivery date too.

Yeah T-Mobile seems to be pre occupied with other things instead of supporting there latest flagship! and by the way I'm on a t-mobile S10!!

if this is true then there goes the only reason for me to order carrier phones. carrier phones are supposed to get updates before unlocked but lately they have not been at least for T-Mobile.

It's pretty pathetic actually. Even the unlocked ones got the night mode. Actually held off on ordering the note as this gives me a pause and a chance to look at other phones.
