Hello, I installed latest Amazon Appstore app on my Note 8. When I launch it, I am able to login, but then when I click on the Continue button nothing happens. I tried re-installing several times but that would not fix the issue. Anyone experiencing the same issue and any ideas how to fix it?

Got the phone today. I only got the phone but no SIM card. I know that I do not need the new SIM card, but was wondering why I did not get one. I have not powered on the phone yet. Not sure if I install my SIM card and turn it on it will override my unlimited data? How should I proceed?

I made an order around 10pm yesterday, but for some reason I got confirmation early this morning around 9 am. Just now got email that the order was shipped.
