    Thank you Taking the complaint to ofcom and trading standards seems there are some grey ares regarding the warranty so will let them sort it. I will post the outcome as it may help others in the future . I

    Thank you for taking the time to reply . seems a little unfair that a phone only 8 months old is not covered by a warranty Even though I had a 24 month extended warranty as well, going to talk to offom Monday

    Anyone had any problems with the 6s charging port sent phone off as phone wouldn't charge Samsung say port broken and not in warranty although phone only 8 months old .. Has anyone else had or heard of this fault.
