Can someone explain this to me? Saw a note 4 at best buy running 4.4.4 and it's operatingsystem looked RADICALLY different than my note 3 also running 4.4.4? I really like this "new" look and just want to know what's the difference. Thanks for any assistance!! Posted via the Android Central App
