The camcorder still doesn't work as of the latest build. You can preview but not record. We have everything else running perfectly though. The OS is stable for everyday use, I haven't had a crash or reboot at all, and I am even overclocked to 1300MHz. DROID2 / Cyanogen Mod 7.1

I prefer ADW.Launcher over the others. Seems to have plenty of feautres and themes for it. Once you dive in and start adjusting the advanced settings you can personalize it fairly well.

I would try going to your YouMail application and click the Menu key, then Help, and press Forward to Carrier. Wait for the process to complete, then call your original Voicemail and clear them out, then head back to YouMail and reactivate it with Forward to YouMail under that help menu.
