Hello, Is there a way or an application to connect my PC to Wifi using a USB cable connected to my phone? For example, My phone has WIFI, and it is connected to the network. I want to share that connection to my pc using a USB cable. Is this possible? Thank you!

I traveled to Venezuela, got a SIM from Movistar and it worked immediately (calls and text), had to set up the APN in order to get Data/3g to work.
