Wifi to Android to PC using USB

Is there a way or an application to connect my PC to Wifi using a USB cable connected to my phone?

For example,

My phone has WIFI, and it is connected to the network. I want to share that connection to my pc using a USB cable.

Is this possible? Thank you!
