I had the ability to turn on formatting options for a few days last week, and now they have disappeared from the menu! The options appeared at the bottom of the screen after choosing the formatting option from the menu. Now it is no longer there. Will it come back?

I bought a new OEM charger and cord, and all my problems have disappeared. I'm not sure which was at fault, but no matter. Thanks for all the ideas and help!
