I think I've solved it I added the printer by ip address and seems to work. Does that sound like the right method?

I have converted an old laptop into a chromebook using neverware chromium os. However I'm unable to print wirelessly from it. I can see the printer but when I try and print it just sits in the queue. Any ideas what I can do please? TIA Bart

Hi I bought a chromebook for my brother to use to work from home. He uses Citrix Workspace to connect to work. Not sure how we can use Citrix with the chromebook for him to login. I really don't want him to get a windows laptop just because of this Thanks Bart

Gave the phone another clean with the compressed air yesterday and seems to have made a difference I plugged in one of the charges and it charged first time without any wiggling so fingers crossed we have got to the bottom of this

Thanks for your help on this The wiggling was a lot less. Let's see how I fair if it does get any worse then Ill get it replaced. Glad I found the compressed air

Update tried to charge it again and with the smallest of wiggles it worked fine. Previously no matter how much wiggling I did it wouldn't charge

Ok so we have some joy I used a Toothbrush to clean it and also I had some spray air that we use in pcs. When I plug both the USB c to c chargers that I have it charges..... But at 1st I need to push the plug in slightly towards the right if that makes sense. It then says its charging...

Could I use a contact cleaner spray like Servisol 10 thats used to clean switches?

That wouldn't explain why it charges perfectly when using USB a to USB c method or connected to a laptop
