    serious issue with receiving texts

Both my girlfriend and I are missing some group text messages. Same thing I get most of them, but not all. Sometimes they show up on my phone the next morning, sometimes not at all. We are on Sprint and she has a S7 and I have a Nexus 6. She was using Textra and I'm using Android messenges. So...

    Delayed Inbound Text Messages

Both my girlfriend and I are missing some group text messages. Sometimes they show up on my phone the next morning, sometimes not at all. We are on Sprint and she has a S7 and I have a Nexus 6. She was using Textra and I'm using Android messenger. So the only thing we have in common is Sprint -...

Will Rooting a Nexus 6 unlock it from TMobile?

I posted yesterday about trying to get a N6 that was locked from Tmobile to work w/ Sprint. TMobile refused to help the original owner of the phone, and the Sprint and Tmobile reps locally said it's still locked. I called Motorola and they actually told me to root the phone and sent me a link to...

Will Rooting a Nexus 6 unlock it from TMobile?

Re: Can I get a Nexus6 formerly on AT&T to work w/ Sprint? It does boot to the same Google logo as my current N6. I've tried booting it up w/ my Sprint sim card but it just says "the SIM has locked. Please recycle the power and contact customer service." Guess I'll take it to a couple more...

    Can I get a Nexus6 formerly on AT&T to work w/ Sprint?

Phone works fine on wifi. Boots up to just regular Google. It just won't accept my sprint SIM card. Hopefully I'll find a Sprint rep that can tell me definitively if it will work or not, but there aren't that many of those out there. Thanks for the suggestion, that will be my back up plan.

    Can I get a Nexus6 formerly on AT&T to work w/ Sprint?

Thank you. I was hoping to avoid spending MORE money since I already bought a new phone, but I suppose this is better than buying ANOTHER phone.

    It's gone quiet.....

I still love my N6, tho it has gotten a bit laggier. I like it so much I bought one on eBay when I cracked my screen, but I'm having trouble getting it on my Sprint account. Posted about it...

    It's gone quiet.....

The wireless charging is one of my favorite things. One in my car, on my desk and by the bed. When I do try to charge w/ a cable it can be finicky. I wish wireless charging wasn't getting so rare in phones.

Will Rooting a Nexus 6 unlock it from TMobile?

Can I get a Nexus6 formerly on AT&T to work w/ Sprint? I bought a Nexus 6 on eBay to replace my cracked Nexus 6. It was listed as being used on AT&T but it was my understanding that these phones could work on both CDMA & GSM. When I bought my last N6 I had to go get a sim card from a Sprint...

HTC One - Simple Poll: How many have a purple/red/pink tint on camera?

Same issue as well as texting issues & erratic data service. Loved my phone when I first got it, but will definitely stay away from HTC in the future.

Message From Google To Uninstall Themer?!

I had an odd message pop up on my One just now. It said something like: "Google recommends you uninstall Themer (Beta). It is designed to steal your personal information." I was distracted on a teleconference and hit the "Uninstall Now" button before thinking about it. Does this seem legit? I've...

LTE appears to be working now in Evansville

What side of town are you on? I live on the West side and work in Mt. Vernon and I have not been able to connect to 4G yet. I just assumed it wasn't available yet till I came across this post.

    Battery maintenance

I read somewhere on this forum that we should let the battery on the One run down to red and then charge all the way up. Is this true? If so, is this something that should be normal practice or just in the 1st week while the battery is being ?conditioned?? During the work week I?m a heavy user...
