Wifi drains your battery more when it is "SEARCHING" for a good signal when there is NONE to be found. If you have a bad wifi signal or no wifi signal it is better for you battery to just turn off the wifi. This has been my experience thus far with the Note 3

Anything you copy is sent to your clipboard, you just have to paste (long press/touch) to bring up the option to paste or go to your clipboard.

clipboard is the same as if on a regular computer. When using the paste option it will allow you to paste what you just copied or to go to clipboard and paste from there. whatever you copy is saved to clipboard. (similar to working on a document on computer when you copy something)

I have been using the koi live wallpaper and it does not drain battery. The stock wallpaper should not have any issues. If you download and use a live wallpaper keep an eye on it for the first few days to see how it uses resources.
