Have u run anti-malware? Also look thru your cookies and delete everything unknown. If that's no help u may need to go thru your apps. Do Not start in safe mode, as outside (even g store) installed apps won't show in safe mode. Look especially for apps with system in its wording that's not IN...

Just as a safety feature, if you turned on developer options be sure to turn it back off again. There are things that act/work differently, or not at all, when that is on. There is also a highly increased danger of making a fatal mistake. Fine to use it, but best kept off in between.

Greyed out in Drive means a recently deleted file, likely still in trash for its 30 days. Look in trash for a match. This is a problem with Drive, that the "Remove" tab has no "are you sure" backup, and accidents are all too easy, especially in that things can be deleted from Docs as folder...

You can also cut off any / all of them in Settings, Notifications.

12/16/22 update: Can't say what happened/why, but phone stopped doing it a couple of months ago all on its own.

B. Diddy, BTW, The instructions to Safe Mode are wrong. It's: Hold Power button At pop-up Hold Power Off Click Safe Mode [HOLD is key. There it says Tap, which will turn phone off. ] Off is Auto at another restart.
