Well, funny, after I commented a few hours after constant mashing of "check for update" I got it. here's the day folks. Hope it's a ton better than 5.0.0 was for my nexus 5. My battery absolutely sucks on my nexus 5 now

Only negative is that EVERYONE needs to be on unlimited. Can't have say, 3 people on unlimited and 2 people on data tiers. Still, good price for those who are data hogs.
