Verizon is a CDMA carrier, yes they use some of the same LTE bands, but their voice calls are CDMA. The unlocked phones sold by HTC only support GSM carriers like ATT and T-Mobile and their many MVNO's. You bought the wrong phone. Either switch or sell the phone and buy a Verizon specific model...

Status just changed to Pending Fulfillment. The only problem is that I didn't pre order until 4/30.

I ordered on 4/30 and my order number also starts with 113. 11347... to be exact.

Ordered the Carbon Grey version unlocked of course. I am going to give Straight Talk a shot at winning my business and I already have a 64 GB Samsung EVO+ micro sd card that I have recently purchased. Probably won't receive it anytime soon as I just ordered on April 30.
