The phone won't power on so I can't do a factory reset. The phone is being swapped out under warranty. I'm concerned about my personal information (ie banking, medical, etc.) that is stored on the phone's internal drive. Can I trust that Motorola won't allow that information to be shared?
My z2 force shuts down frequently around 60-70% battery even after a hard reset. Got a loaner from Motorola while they repair and it has similar issues.
No personal apps.
