So far we have had updates every month with the 2025 series. So far this month we haven't had one but last year is at this time the 2024 series received an OS update to 15. It's not as bad as people will try to say is what my point is. Is it Pixel or Samsung good, no but it's not bad either imo

Yeah, the issue is that your eid # gets stuck and that's when you have to call support.

Either you are only changing phones when you purchase a phone OR you don't swap phones often. There isn't a carrier out there that you wouldn't have issues with this. ESIM is not built for frequent multiple swaps between devices. It's for the average consumer that buys a phone and uses that one...

The hatred is for us who change phones frequently. This isn't an easy process unless it's once in a great while. 9 times out of 10 it cannot be done without the assist of support. It's horribly inconvenient. Like I said if you don't switch phones then you wouldn't get the hatred

If you did the setup by restoring a backup I'd try wiping and not restore and see if it still does it could be a hardware issue but could be something restored that is not playing well either. Just a suggestion
