What version of windows are you running? Make sure your antivirus is disabled. Running as an administrator should help if you haven't tried that yet. Worked fine for me the first try, other than having to charge my phone more. JB seems to run good. Battery life seems a little less than ICS...

Updated perfectly fine. Everything runs smooth. Kies was annoying but what can you do. OTA should have been the way but I guess 500mb is a little much to ask for.

Not rooted since all attempts at rooting my intercept have failed. Wish it was as easy as WebOS where you just type in the Konami Code and boom DeveloperMode enabled.

Just restore factory settings in the settings. Or call support, IE...sprint support, and say that it has crapped out and needs a reset and they will talk you through it. The thing with the Moment update never works, I have attempted numerous times. Rooting always fails too. Its kinda funny...

I think I might be better off going back to WebOS. It seems that noone knows how to root this phone. I have read forums all over the 'net and people say they have and then boom they dont have root abilities. So much for an Open source OS.

Every time I attempt to install the samsung drivers it says "I have incompatible processor type". I have attempted on numerious PCs with the same result. Are the windows drivers that it gives the phone the same as the Samsung drivers?
