Loved sprint but their network was not getting the job done. Went to ATT S3 and not looking back. The network is a monster. Never got above 400k down on sprint and getting 5mbs down now. Only $10 dollars more with employer discount.

Had the same problem along with other issues. The only thing that fixed it was a refresh of the software on the phone. Here is the link that where I stated what I did. Hope this helps some of you. Have not had any problems since I did this...phone very smooth like it should be.

this requires no rooting of the phone. You just need to plug your phone into your computer and make sure you have the drivers for your phone installed. You can do this by installing HTC sync. Run the RUU like any other program on Windows and then follow the prompts.
