I don't know your lifestyle but if you tend to travel a lot I can see that making a 4G LTE phone somewhat more useful, but if not then it seems like it wouldn't really be cost effective. If you're on Verizon and don't travel you may want to wait and then use your upgrade for whatever the best...

Where did you get that information? The last I heard ICS would be able to tell if the phone it was on had capacitive buttons or not. If it had buttons then you wouldn't have any on screen buttons. Please post the link if you have confirmation saying the opposite.
