Re: Galaxy S3 4.3 update questions and issues! Disco light issue: Fix - go to Settings - My Device - Accessibility (for vision and hearing impaired) - down to flash notification click the box on then click ok then turn it off. Your lights should stop flashing when notifications and calls come in.
