Update on this. I am still getting excellent signal, have had no issues at all. This has been for about 18 hours now

This is what I would do if I were you. Pull the battery put it back in. Boot into CWM (recovery) wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, install the CM10.1 rom again, install gapps again then reboot the phone. Hopefully you got it all figured out by now

My speeds is a lot slower but at least its reliable now. Where I'm at now i was pulling 15+ down as high as 24 down and I just got between 7-9 on 5 tests. I will test it at home and see what i get. 7 is still more then fast enough just kinda funny its 1/3 as fast as it was before the update
