thanks for the response but this cannot be the solution because the volume switch work just fine and responds correctly for phone volume and music. its the music volume that increases without touching the buttons
What could be causing my music volume or media volume to shoot all the way up to full on it's own. I could even have my volume on mute and it all of a sudden it'll shoot all the way up to the fullest level.
