Sorry this took so long, been away. Mine was definitely unlocked on rogers. Now...im still on 4.2.2 and never installed the 4.3 update BUT Im pretty sure they locked it down with that 4.3 update so just go to about device and if your on 4.3 or later it is most likely now locked
