it doesn't take a genius to figure out why the data speeds drop drastically all of a sudden. some quick speed tests over a few days confirmed this.

i completely agree. i shot them an email threatening to leave if they don't resolve this and make sure that it doesn't happen again. unfortunately, t-mo coverage in my area isn't very good, but still might be worth a try at this point. maybe leaving sprint wasn't such a good idea after all...
