I manually updated our 3 N7s (8,16 and 32) and have not had any issues! We could not be happier as the tablets are much more snappy.

When you get your 32 and sign in, it will transfer all your settings. Google play will list all your apps, free or otherwise, and you can install them as you see fit. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Android Central Forums
