As the title says, I can't seem to find how to disable the flashing blue LED light when an active notification is on, ever since my phone was updated to Lollipop. I don't have the "LED indicator" setting unchecked under "Display and wallpaper" in SETTINGS, so I don't know what else I'm supposed...

It's not the notification for messaging that's the problem (I actually want to be notified when I get a SMS); it's getting a SMS when I get a voicemail that I don't want, and don't know how/where to disable (if that's even possible)!

When I miss a call and someone leaves a voicemail message, I get both the standard voicemail notification pop-up AND I also get a text message saying I have voicemail from this number. Is there any way to disable getting that text message? I don't need it, and it means one more step of having...

I made that exact switch and certainly haven't regretted. The N4 is smoother in operation for me, more fully-featured and enjoys significantly better battery life. That may have been true for older/different types of batteries, but I was under the impression that the newer li/ion batteries didn't have a "memory" like what you seem to be referring to and that it was best to not let them run down too much, if possible. Worth confirming with latest info...
