Quick Settings Menu

Question: is it normal for the quick settings menu (the one that is accessed from a single finger swiping down from the top) to automatically close itself when I toggle the GPS/Location Icon? It doesn't do so when I toggle the other settings, and it seems a little weird to me that it does that for the GPS, but I wanted to see if other users were experiencing the same thing, or if this could be a bug affecting my particular phone?

If it is a bug, is there any way to remedy it? It has always done this since day 1, notwithstanding power-off/restart.

It is the way it works. Not sure why, but it only happens when turning Location Services ON. If you just turn them off, the Notification Bar stays open. Turn it on, and it closes immediately after.

I now notice that it does that when I toggle other settings like Bluetooth or wi-fi... normal?

Mine doesn't do it when I toggle wifi.
