Glad I noticed this post, I had no idea this was working. I've been using an LG G3 and only just went back to my Moto X a week ago. Cool feature!

I use Apex Pro on 6 devices (TabPro 8.4, HTC One, 2x MotoX, LG G3, Asus TF700) and have recommended it to everyone I know. Don't listen to any "Don't use Apex!" hysteria, there's a reason it's one of the most popular launchers available.

I use Apex pro. It's by far the best from my experience, on both the One and my Asus TF700 tablet. No lag, great battery, notifications, 9 screens, even HTC Sense5 and Blinkfeed work on the One if I want them. I could never be happy being stuck with a stock launcher again.

HTC needs to put either an on-off-auto toggle or a sensitivity adjustment slider for the soft buttons. Mine never are on unless I'm in a totally dark room. After the update it seems like the active zone for the buttons is slightly larger so I do a little less stabbing around for the right spot...
