I can't find this option on my Note 4. I searched for Mobile Data and changed the Network Mode from Global to LTE/CDMA. I'll wait a couple of hours like you did to see if that works. I'm on VZW and can send pix to my wife but not my daughter.

I saw a file folder icon on the kies basic information tab. From there I was able to transfer music, photos, voice memos, etc. Still not able to load the apps, data, etc. Basically anything with a .bk extension.

I don't understand why some pix are saved to the phone and some saved to the SD card. Today I took a number of pix and the locations are mixed. Also, I found that I have more options to share the pix that are on the SD card vs on the phone. Why is that?

My wife and daughter's birthdays are 1 day apart. One is listed on my phone as a contact birthday, the other under google. I want them both to be as the contact, not google. How do I do that? All the birthdays were under contacts when i converted from iPhone.
