Thanks guys, so basically i am dependent on LG. I know historically they have sucked with software although recently they promised to do better (with a quick A10 roll out at least indicating they might be serious this time). Having said this, I am still hesitant about depending on them.

Hi, lg smartworld has a very lites selection, and 3rd party launchers don't work well with A10 gestures. Anywhere else? Thanks.

A few more questions, as you guys have been very helpful: 1) when i swipe up and hold, and get all the open apps, is there an option to change how they are displayed, for example stacked vs next to each. One UI has this option. 2) what does everyone think of LG skin on A10? I like One UI...

Is a hard reset same as factory reset? And when i restore from Google, will it set everything back up as it was since it is same phone, or will it be like a restore to a new phone where it loads apps and data, but i need to set everything up the way i like it again? Thanks.

I tried, same thing. I think it's just the way the animations work on the LG skin. It is not necessarily slow, but clunky compared to one UI to the point it feels a bit slow and unfinished. As to 3rd party launchers, as explained above it seems to be an Android issue which Google says they...
