I have a ZTE-N817 w/ Kit Kat. More and more my phone is apparently deciding when and what I view, or not at all. I do search queries, go to what I'm looking for, open the page...and for a split second see the info...and the page disappears and goes back to the page before with the beginning...

I don't have a "General" section in my phone's Settings. The phone is a ZTE N817... with Android version 4.4.4 ...Sprint.

How can I make the "Allo" app my default instead of "Messaging" which is already installed.
