Hi... for work, I take pics of my projects when I am on site and then write notes on the pics or screen captures then send to my office. I had a note 8 the the S pen lines were ok. Now with note 9, the lines are so thick. I think I can change it but cant remember how to do it.

Hi.. now I unchecked the Authentication Required before sending e-mails box and was able to add the e-mail account. However, I was able to receieve e-mails BUT unable to send. Thanks Bruce

Good mornig... I got a message " Unable to set up account An incorrect username or password has been entered, or POP3/IMAP access is not enabled for this account. Check your account settings or contact your service provider". Before I remove the account, I actually screen captured my other work...

Guys... i need your help. Had both company e-mail accounts ( via gmail ) and had both added to my note 7. But deleted one account and now tried to add it back on and I am not able to... same set up incoming and outgoing as the others. But I cannot add it back on. Arrrr.... So frustrating

Thanks JPR… it worked… however…. when I did a few test e-mails… I have the logo appeared 2x… one in the location I wanted… logo right underneath my name… and another bigger logo appeared at the end of the signature and on the e-mail it showed as an attachment? hope I am making some sense here...

This is interesting... I got my Note 2 ( GT-N7105 ) from HK and it has and can do multi-screen... This am I was with my cousin and he has a Note 2 from North America and he told me he doesnt have multi-screen function. Strange... so are there variations of Note 2 for specific world regions? or...

Thanks guys... by messing aroud... I came across " new software updates " and the indicator was associated with that... once I confirmed the updates, the indicator is gone.
