Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite. Android version 13. I take photos, they appear in the Gallery as they should but, when I click to open them, they do not open but display a grey generic icon. Can anyone suggest a fix, please? My photos are set to store on the SD card.

I am using a Samsung Tab S2. I am used to attached photos being displayed within the message body, full screen, without having to load each one individually.

I used K-9 mail and find picture icons presented within emails to download. Is there a setting that has pictures displayed within the email body? Also, it says at the top "Syncing disabled". How do I enable it?

Exact same here with my Galaxy S2 Tab. This is clearly a major flaw in the Android system. It is incomprehensible that the makers of the system have not acknowledged and solved this.
