Thanks, I turned them off both in the app manager setting and in the skype setting, which is why I'm really confused

I turned off notifications for Skype, and put Skype in a 'folder'/group with a few other apps, but when I get a notification over Skype, the little notification bubble still pops up in the corner of the folder and also on the icon within the folder. Any ideas as to how to remedy this...
