Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I've tried from the Settings menu and with your recommendations as well. Unfortunately, it works until step 3. After LeEco RECOVERY shows up, I press Power button (step 4) and then the phone reboots and shows normal LeEco screen as if I've just switched it on.

After selecting "Reset Phone" and confirming Reset, it goes to LeEco RECOVERY screen for a several seconds and then reboots normally as if I asked to reboot. Please help. How to reset the phone? P.S. I have 2 LeEco Le 2 Pro, and the other did fine.
