LeEco Le 2 Pro - Can't do factory reset

After selecting "Reset Phone" and confirming Reset, it goes to LeEco RECOVERY screen for a several seconds and then reboots normally as if I asked to reboot.

Please help. How to reset the phone?

P.S. I have 2 LeEco Le 2 Pro, and the other did fine.
 
Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

I've tried from the Settings menu and with your recommendations as well. Unfortunately, it works until step 3. After LeEco RECOVERY shows up, I press Power button (step 4) and then the phone reboots and shows normal LeEco screen as if I've just switched it on.
 
I wonder if those steps are a little misleading. Try the following:

1. Power off the phone.
2. Press and hold Power and Vol Up until you see the LeEco logo -- then release the Vol Up button only.
3. Keep the Power button pressed until the Recovery Menu appears (hopefully).
 
Hmm -- sorry, but I don't have a good explanation for that other than it could be a problem with the firmware or motherboard. Is it under warranty?
 
Actually, I couldn't find if it's 1-year or 2-year warranty. Anyway, I will contact the seller.
