Any resolution? I have a Pixel 4a 5g and I'm experiencing the same thing.

My tablet is easily performing better than it ever has thanks to the update. Previously it had a lot more lag than I cared to admit and I think a part of me thought it wasn't that good of a purchase. With Marshmallow, it is a completely new tablet and a much smoother experience overall

Personally I never had Band 12 here in Chicago so I am unaffected in the grand scheme of things. I can't really blame anyone for the situation. Alcatel included Band 12 but it makes sense why T-Mobile is blocking it for unlocked phones w/o VoLTE technology

Are you using the OEM charger for your tablet? I noticed that since 4.4, my lower voltage phone charger slowly decreases the battery life in my N7, but with the high powered N7 charger, it actually charges quicker since the update
