Not true with Amazon wireless. I purchased my SII through them and contacted AT&T prior to activating it when I received it. (which is what they told me to do before I even bought it) Was able to keep my unlimited data plan without any problems.

At this rate, minus whale wait and see what all the Nexus Prime hubbub is about.

I'm in the east bay and haven't had any luck, either. I've called or visited 3 corporate stores or authorized retailers and they've all told me the same thing: they don't have them and have no idea when they might get them.
