I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4 using Android 5.0.1 and it's camera flash is flashing one short followed by 4 long flashes. How can I detect what app is doing this? It seems to be started when I receive a phone call. There should be a way of determining which app is using the phone's devices...

Frustrating is right!!! I have the same problem and I have tried everything that I can think of. My vendor is Wind Mobile in Canada and they say check with the samsung. Would love an answer, could it be a power saving feature? Regards, Carl
