I was having a similar issue last week as well.

Ever since the app updated a little while back, it hasn't worked well. Its even slower and sometimes won't load at all. I am not getting my notifications at all.

I have plenty of experience with Asurion. All I have ever sent back was the phone itself and the battery door. I was told to keep everything else. For me, they sent a new sim card (I never used it), battery, and charger. Yes, it was a "like new" phone but I had to make use of the warranty on it...

Asurion allows 2 in a year. If you hit the limit. They automatically cancel your insurance but you can renew it once the rest of the 12 month period is up.

My friend had a Thunderbolt, got a "like new" from Asurion. It bricked after a week. They then sent a brand new one and a few accessories as well as an apology. They have always arrived on the designated delivery date.
