I don't have a photo editor besides the one that was on the phone in the gallery when u click on the photo and can edit it there. If it was that, you'd think if would've been doing it the whole time I've used the phone since beginning of Jan.

Here is the draw over other apps permissions.... and the latest apps ive downloaded. Some of these were after it started showing up. Like the Polaroid camera one.

This has been recently popping up. It never did til about a few weeks or so ago. And I'm not sure why it started, or how. Or even how to make it stop... HELP!!! :)

I just started having this pop up when i go to use the talk to text but it was after I set up Bixby on my S8. The bad part is that Bixby pops up in front of it and i have no way to push the agree button. HELP!!!! I use my talk to text alot and now I can't. And when I click the tap to talk thing...
