    I have a new Galaxy 6 and it will not update the home page 'location' to provide proper weather.

    I've set my location service for "high Accuracy" and still have to manually reset the location (and, often, force a reset) when I go from one place to another. This is silly and downright annoying. Any advice as to what else can be done?

So I DID have an app manager...sorry. There is no "BadgeProvider" application...
