    Not sure I think is the update. My note 4 does the same. I try what you did still no rapid charging, but the wierd part is rapid charging only works in samsung car charger.

    Samsung Note 4, turning off and on, freezing, rebooting, now a black screen.

    Thing i did, didnt work factory reset, clear cache, samsung + and new battery. You tube info. I download wake lock apps click partial wake lock. So far is working fine. I really hate it because you need a third party apps. I got two note 4 att and tmo. the tmo i never have a problem saying that...

    According to samsung tech in plano tx note 4 tmo and att total diff lte band. Im reading on diff android website marsmallow update unlocked all lte band. Im not sure if this is true or not.

    Can we complaint about not updating the note 4 because were not att service anymore. I never have a problem with tmo note 4 as soon they release the update i get it too under cricket service.
